Overall good but had issue with overheating . Would’ve put me in another vehicle but I chose for a refund.

Van was not ready when I arrived for pick up. A/C IN the was not working. I returned the Van to have it fixed by their auto shop. I was charged extra for this time and the owner offered no relief. He blamed his workers for the Van not being ready. ON A MORE DANGEROUS NOTE THE VAN OUTPUTS EXHAUST THROUGH THE A/C. I MADE THE OWNER AWARE AND HE SEEMED TO BRUSH IT OFF. I initially thought it just may have been vapor or condensation but when a few of us started getting headaches we rolled down the windows and started feeling better. I also have screenshots from my conversations with the owner. I doubt Turo will take any action in this regard. I would avoid this owner all together.

The car was a great value and got us where we needed to go. I’d even consider renting from this company again. That said, I’d feel remiss if I didn’t mention a few issues for future renters.

The rear air conditioning barely worked, the vehicle had a noticeable smoke odor, and one of the rear video screens was literally being held closed with duct tape. We also had to purchase and add both windshield washer fluid and power steering fluid because the reservoirs were nearly empty when we picked up the car.

Overall, the price was hard to beat and the vehicle served its purpose, but it could have benefited from a bit more maintenance and preparation before being rented out.
