First, our host was outstanding. Communication was clear, timely, and incredibly helpful from start to finish. The directions were explicit, pickup and drop-off were smooth, and he stayed engaged throughout the entire trip to make sure everything went well. You really couldn’t ask for a better host experience.

Unfortunately, our experience with Turo as an organization was the complete opposite. We needed to change the primary driver on the reservation—a pretty simple request in most systems—but the only option we were given was to cancel the reservation and rebook it. That process resulted in being charged twice. .

There didn’t seem to be a straightforward or customer-friendly way to make what should be a basic change. That created unnecessary stress and added cost to an otherwise great trip. Wouldn’t recommend Turo and will likely opt for another way to secure a vehicle.

The car runs well. It's a bit old and needs repairs in a few places.

Great host and reliable car!

Only issue we had was the car was 40 mins late to the airport and we have three kids under 2 so was certainly not ideal. Other than that van was great.

Great communication- super easy to find and return!
