The host and car were perfect for our trip. Easy to navigate pickup and the host was responsive and great to work with! The car was so comfy and just as described. Will rent again!

Having the option for the car seats was great and really appreciated the ease of having them in the car in pickup. Pickup was easy and host provided great details on where the car was.
Car had some issues with playing bluetooth that was not great when kids are at their wits end. Passenger door stoped working and the only guidance was that it didn't have the issue before I picked it up.
Reason for the low rating is for 2 reasons - that I filled the tank up and then drove to the drop off location which used 1 gallon of gas. That apparently was worth of a inconvience charge of $10. After I asked for the charge to be removed, the host stopped responding. My time and frusteration is more valuable than that so I begrudengly paid the fee.
To the hosts credit, the communication does say - return car with same level of fuel. I would of filled up closer to the destination had I known that the expectation was less of the typical rental car "return car at same level" but actually the level will be compared to excrutiating detail against how it was dropped off.
Aside from the disappointing end and failure on communication at the end. Car worked for our needs.

According to the company's policy, you need to fill up the tank, and if you don't fill up the tank, you will be charged a 10 yuan convenience fee.
Host was great. The van had a radio/connection glitch where it would shut off or read Radio Unavailable while in the middle of a drive, then reconnect again. And this happened often during our 9 day rental. Again, host was very communicative and responded quickly. Would recommend host, but not the van.
