The Toyota had every feature imaginable! Very clean. Did not smell of pets or smoke. Very nice ride!

The car was fine. But I never would have used Turo if I knew I had to pick up the car at a remote economy lot. We didn't have that kind of time on this short trip. Everything was rushed and very inconvenient. Did not like being threatened to take additional time out to wash the car or look at a possible $150 fine.

All airport pickup and return details, including the Economy Lot and shuttle, were clearly provided in the very first message after booking. We cannot control whether guests read the information provided. We also NEVER threatened this guest with a $150 fine, nor was a $150 fine ever mentioned in any of our messages. The complete trip message history confirms this. As the guest stated herself, “The car was fine.”
