Great communication, and very clean car. Wonderful rental experience

We used Turo for the first time and it was a horrible experience. The owner practically blamed me because of a tire issue that was already messed up prior to me getting the vehicle. Every year we go and visit my family and Turo is cheaper than enterprise so I wanted to give it a try. It was my mom’s first time meeting my 16 month old twins so it was an exciting trip. 5.5 hours away from home the tire blew out. My family and I had to sleep at a truck stop bc it was the nearest location we can get to safely which was the middle of nowhere. This was quite an experience.
7 days tire light on! common sense says have it checked if I'm traveling 700 miles from home with my family! Tire would have been an extremely easy fix taking 5 minutes and quality time would have covered! If it was her vehicle she would have stopped and fix the tire. Irresponsible customer!
