Konstantin was great start to finish, would highly recommend! very accommodating for airport car pickup since myrtle beach doesn't allow parking.

Unfortunately have to leave a low rating for this really terrible experience with the Dodge Caravan. Needed the car for a day trip to help move my disabled uncle 3 hours away. The car would not start once we tried to start it for our return journey. We tried jumping, it was not the battery but some other issues and ended up having to get it towed. We were outside waiting for hours in the rain and then intense heat. Konstantine did not communicate well enough for the extent of the issues we went through with his vehicle. Had to go to enterprise for a $400 last minute rental and I only heard from him once after a few hours. He was nice and pleasant on the call and really was not much he could do at that point. But it was really unfortunate and just terrible experience.
