Our experience with Luciano was simply outstanding from start to finish!
We received excellent service throughout the entire rental process. Luciano was always attentive, professional, honest, and extremely helpful. From the very first contact, he made us feel confident and well taken care of.
The car completely exceeded all of our expectations. It was extremely comfortable, spotless, reliable, fuel-efficient, and very enjoyable to drive. Without a doubt, it played a huge role in making our trip across the United States such a success. It gave us the freedom, comfort, and peace of mind to fully enjoy every moment of our trip.
Honestly, without this car and Luciano’s outstanding support, our experience would not have been the same. Everything was exactly as described — actually, even better than expected.

The car was immaculate, and Luciano was very responsive to my questions during the rental period. The only problem was the pick up location. It took almost an hour to shuttle to the Economy Lot.. long wait times and high volume traffic. With a large family and 4-6 pieces of luggage, it was not ideal. Otherwise, it was a great experience. Still rating 5 stars because the shuttle issues were beyond Luciano’s control. This was an airport issue.
