Jose was an excellent host! The initial car we rented had an accident and he immediately replaced us with a different vehicle. He accommodated us as we had to rebook location due to our flight cancellation to Newark and we had to come into LaGuardia. The vehicle was clean and met all expectations! We definitely will use Jose again!!
