RULES: ---------------------------------------- 1. Please be mindful of speed bumps, pot holes and driveways! You will be responsible for any repairs required due to negligence in this regard. 2. Eating and drinking in the vehicle is not recommended but allowed. Please keep the car clean. 3. Absolutely no smoking is allowed inside the vehicle, otherwise a violation fee of $150 will be applied. 4. Please return the vehicle with the same gas you received it with. You must fill up the car yourself. Alternatively, you may simply return the vehicle without filling it up and I’ll charge the cost of gas plus a $10 convenience fee. 5. Only the Primary Driver (renter) is allowed to drive the vehicle. Test-drive by friends and family members are not permitted. Please be responsible. 6. Any vehicle body damages inside or outside, guest is full responsible for any insurance deductible amount.

Vehicle was clean and reliable...trip went very well! Hosts response was spot on for any problems or concerns, would definitely use their services again!!

No airport parking stub so I had trouble getting out of the airport parking but Dallas fixed that… I made a stupid error on the air conditioning, but Allen was of no help but Dallas fixed that also… Biggest problem is I specifically said I needed if second and third row seats to fold into the floor… But our house needed to move furniture… Allen said one chair was sticky and he would work on it but neither middle row folded down in and I had to spend an extra $55 to my mover to take stuff that I should’ve been able to get into the van… Dallas is the one you wanna work with

You didn’t know how to operate the AC, and when I tried to help you, you were so impatient and hang up! I couldn’t even get a chance to tell you how the stow-n-go works in a dodge caravan! Yet, thank you that you gave us some credit!
