Ryan was great! He was so helpful navigating the turo app for the first time. Car was extremely clean. Car drove perfectly. Really roomy and comfortable.

What is not being revealed in this review is that you booked the van for the incorrect airport. If not being flexible or helpful means not driving 2 hours out of my way for delivery and another 2 hours for pick up then that would be correct. Unfortunately, my schedule doesn't allow for that type of flexibility as explained. I would suggest booking the correct airport next time. As for robotic, I believe that's being confused with remaining respectful and professional throughout the interaction
