My only complaint is that I specifically booked a car that we could pickup & drop off at the airport. The lot is a few miles off site & luckily there was a shuttle but it was not as convenient as being able to pick up in the lot at the airport. It added at least 30 min before & after.

Great vehicle! Very comfortable and fit my family of 6 and luggage. Instructions are great to pick up and drop off the vehicle and it was very convenient even traveling with young kids. This will be my go-to vehicle to rent in PHX.

The host provides clear instructions on picking up and dropping off the car. It's a free shuttle ride away from the airport that runs every 4-6 minutes, but the ride itself is probably another 10-15 minutes so plan accordingly. (FYI PHX also has construction so the shuttle only drops you off at Terminal 4 - you'll need to take the skytrain and walk quite awhile to get to Terminal 3). The car was clean with a full tank of gas and drove well. The only fatal flaw is that I booked this car because it advertised that it had Bluetooth device connectivity under "Vehicle features". After attempting to figure it out myself and failing, I finally asked the host how to connect my Bluetooth at which time I was informed such a feature does not exist. This was a major inconvenience and deal breaker for me and I would not have paid as much as I did for this car had I known this. I had to resort to holding my phone for GPS and playing music for our little ones on our phone speakers the entire trip which was awful, stressful, and frankly far less safe than I prefer. I notified the host to "Please revise your listing appropriately for the next guest" on 3/12, 11:51am and a week later I am seeing that it's still showing Bluetooth as a feature so I'm docking another star.. unfortunately missing this feature that I thought I'd paid for was truly that bad of an experience for our family.

This vehicle was equipped with an aftermarket Bluetooth adapter however a previous guest took the device. I didn’t notice the device was missing till just prior to your trip. We also do provide five DVDs for use to entertain the kiddos long trips.
