I put pm instead of am on the reservation and he was very gracious and let me change time.

Van was clean. Breaks make noise and steering wobbles while breaking. Transmission makes clucking sound.

In the instructions he instructed to notify him what terminal was arriving and I waited for him 20 minutes. Car was clean though
