Great and easy pick up and drop off

our Turo host was non-responsive during our trip. When we retrieved the car, the gas level was not all the way full, the car was not washed at all and was very dirty on the inside and outside…he sent pics of the vehicle at the car wash and it definitely was not washed. trash and wrappers inside, a used dental floss pick, ash of a cigarette or marijuana. car smelled like marijuana smoke and others have had this complaint on several reviews and owner keeps denying there is no smell. if more than a few complained of marijuana smell, and he keeps denying, theres an issue.
I've taken pictures and also brought this to his attention…no response, unprofessional.

Communication was great, vehicle fit my needs perfectly! The van smelled musty everyday after it had been closed up for awhile. Not so much that it was uncomfortable, but noticeable.

Car was great. Car wasn’t ready in time. We waited 1/2 hour for car to arrive. William compensated us for the delay by giving us free gas.
