Was not gud on highway brakes sqeaked a little bit, oil change light kept coming on, tires was not gud, van shook while driving on highway, had to press on petal kinda hard for it to pick up,

Overall, the vehicle got me where I needed to go, and the host was responsive when contacted. However, I experienced a few issues that prevented this from being a 5-star rental.
The check-in process was not clearly communicated, which caused some confusion at pickup. Additionally, the vehicle appeared to have a mechanical issue with the brakes and/or rotors. Throughout the trip, there was a very loud metal-on-metal grinding noise when braking, which raised concerns about the vehicle’s condition and safety.
I reported the issue, but unfortunately, I was informed that I could not be reimbursed or compensated for the inconvenience. While I appreciate the host’s communication after the issue was reported, I believe the vehicle should be inspected and repaired before being rented again.
