Car was not clean. Wipers were damaged and would be a road hazard if driving in rain. Windshield was dirty in and outside. Sent message to host 24 hours in advance but no response. Car was parked in a very dark corner not in front of house when picked up. License plate is different from Turo picture. The guy from the house knew nothing about the van and host. No help from host.
