Car worked perfectly for our family because same one I drive at home so was comfortable and familiar with it. The pick up and drop off was extremely stressful and complicated for me but that was no reflection of our host Emily as it is more to do with airport complexity and Turo contract of where to park. Upon arrival and departure I had to call Emily and both times she graciously offered to FaceTime me and walk me through process and I literally could not have done it without her, I highly recommend her and will definitely use only her again when I return.
