Communication, pick up and drop off were smooth and easy, and the minivan was in good shape and drove well for us for the couple of days we used it

Sir, thank you for the feedback. Sometimes we don’t get these issues. Renters won’t disclose when they’ve damaged the vehicle and it is an older vehicle, but I hope the discounted rates and options are peeling. Still will definitely get these things worked on.
