John has an immaculate system for picking up and returning as well as excellent reliable cars. I would absolutely use him again in the future

Super convenient, very communicative, but lots of issues with the car. The trunk never locked. The back windows didn’t work.

Well, this review is certainly disappointing. The Guest made no mention to us about any issue during the trip. This is a base model minivan that does not have rear windows that open/close nor does it have buttons for them. So I’m not sure what we can really do about that. We will have to check the functionality of the trunk lock to make sure it is working properly.
Super understanding and thorough from beginning to end. I would happily rent from this host again

Clean, rides well, very responsive and helpful. Maintenance is up to date also. Would 100% recommend these folks and would use again in a heartbeat!
