Car was awesome, exactly as described.
Definitely had some quirks but for a rental car for the price it was great, the host was super communicative and was very flexible.

While acknowledging that the car is 2015, with only 74k miles, it was “clunky”. Drive fine, but shocks need to be replaced. Appearance and cleanliness match pictures. Be prepared to use an aux cord, and no safety features beyond a backup camera. Pick up was effortless and great, drop off not so easy with PHL airport parking and Turo instructions.

John's response

The guest hit something - likely a pot hole damaging the front suspension which has since been fixed. We have no control over the construction or lack of access to the different areas of the PHL garage but the struggle with this guest was caused by completely ignoring the return instructions.

The car was great until it ran into an issue and messed up some of my plans. Otherwise made great memories in the vehicle. The host was responsive too and immediately tried to fix the issue. Although getting a different car from turo was a real challenge. 4 to 5 hours of discussion with turo agents only to get a downgraded defective vehicle. Most of the agents we're unresponsive.

We strive to always have an excellent experience for our guests. Sometimes things work until they break, and this was one of those unfortunate situations. The rear entertainment screen in this vehicle shorted out the electrical system and made the car inoperable. It was certainly one of those freak things that nobody could’ve ever predicted or have known in advance, but we still regret that this guest had their plans interrupted.

Nice rental .

Pickup and dropoff were easy, host was extremely helpful and overall it was a great trip.
This particular van is nearing the end of its life and drove like it. It got us around but pieces are falling off and the engine and transmission felt and sound tired after 170,000 miles.
The price beat a rental van but not by a lot.

John's response

Our vehicles are meticulously maintained. The plastic window button was broken by the guest and nonetheless we immediately offered to bring a replacement part immediately. Somehow this translated into “pieces falling off” Our mini vans in particular are indeed higher mileage and make frequent cross-country trips.
