Would rent again. Van was great!

The lockbox was not in or outside the car. I set off the alarm and the cops came and asked me if I was trying to steal the car. The renter was 25 minutes away and when he arrived he wouldn’t even speak to me. When I said good evening, he did not respond. The cops held on to my driver’s license until the owner gave me the key. I asked him if I was going to get a discount for the ordeal and he told me no. When I pulled out of the parking lot, the cop trailed me for several miles. This situation could have been more severe and there was no accountability on the part of the owner. When I returned the car, I realized that he brought the wrong lockbox. It doesn’t lock to the car door handle and the previous one was likely stolen. Unbelievable!

Pros: Car was spacious and smelled good. Check in was a breeze. He was there on time. Meet up was in a public area. Host answered promptly to all my messages. Perfect car for family trip!!!
Cons: It was not fully cleaned- there were cups and candy wrappers. Some dog hair noted. Tries were low and we needed to fill them.
