The car is great! Lots of room. Roberto is responsive only while you have one of his vehicles. Communication prior to pick up could use improvement on their end. Otherwise, no issues.

Very nice clean van. Good instructions on where it was parked in the parking garage at the airport and where to return.
We had 6 adults plus luggage and it fit us and the luggage comfortably. Would definitely rent again if back in the Miami area!!
