We rented the Toyota Sienna for 13 days and overall had a pretty good experience. The communication with the host was great. He was very easy to reach and answered almost immediately whenever we had a question.
The car drove really smoothly and was comfortable for our family, especially for longer drives.
There were a couple of things that were disappointing, though. We had trouble with the trunk almost every time we used it. When we pressed the button to open it, it would sometimes get stuck and then close again, which got pretty frustrating.
The biggest issue, however, was that there were roaches inside the car. We found quite a few of them, not just one or two. Eventually, we had to buy Raid and put several roach traps in the car. The next day, we found quite a few dead roaches in the traps.
Aside from those issues, everything else was pretty easy and went well. The car was smooth to drive and the host was great with communication. If the trunk problem and especially the roach issue were taken care of, it would have been a much better experience overall.

He’s attentive to every detail and dropped the vehicle off right at the airport, which was definitely appreciated. The SUV is spacious and very comfortable, while also being great on gas.
