The car was in great condition! Very clean and very easy to pick up and drop off

We got a car with significant smell of weed that lasted for almost a week. That's not acceptable. The car was left in a parking lot with key box open, so anyone could just take the key and drive the car. The host was not flexible as far as returning to another location or giving me a short ride. The car also had some minor issues such as broken AC air duct so I could not turn the wind sideways. I paid premium for 2026 car and got the opposite.

While we respect all guest feedback, this review does not accurately reflect the trip. All airport procedures, fees, and delivery methods were disclosed in advance and follow Turo and airport regulations. Several requested exceptions could not be accommodated. After the trip, none of the reported mechanical issues could be reproduced, and subsequent rentals have generated no similar complaints. We remained responsive throughout provided all assistance permitted under Turo policies and procedures
