Was a good car and easy to work with

This car rental was easy and very convenient. It saved us time and money. Instead of spending time at the car rental company, the car was dropped off and picked up from my home ( please check if you are within range for that service). Thank you!

Car got stuck in brake mode even after disabling the emergency brake it would do it every time you put the car in park, had a red flashing brake sign. It also had a yellow A! sign which indicates a problem with the auto start/stop feature of the car, I did not accept the vehicle due to safety concerns as I have a toddler with me.
Would not recommend this vehicle until the owner fixes all of these issues.
The customer was unfortunately unable to leave the airport, as he was not familiar with how to operate the vehicle’s emergency brake. We provided guidance and support, but the situation caused significant delay at the start of the trip. We always encourage guests to review basic vehicle functions before departure and are happy to assist whenever needed.
