Had a terrible experience no AC is working in the car do not rent from them I had to pay for a repair and was not reimbursed bad business!!! Straight, hot air throughout the car. Our contacted host and did not receive any response. Once I ask for reimbursement because I had to repair his vehicle do not rent from them.

This review does not accurately reflect what occurred. The A/C was tested and working properly before the trip. After the guest reported hot air, we responded and determined the issue was related to the A/C controls/settings rather than a pre-existing A/C failure. The guest arranged and paid for work on the vehicle without our prior authorization. We take maintenance seriously and always provide assistance when a verified mechanical issue occurs.
Had a great experience renting this car! It was super clean, easy to drive, and exactly what we needed for our trip. The host was very friendly, quick to respond, and made pickup and drop-off really simple. Everything went smoothly from beginning to end. I would definitely rent from them again and highly recommend them. Thanks again!

I booked this car for a two-week family vacation, but I had to return it the next day because the A/C was not working properly.
In Miami heat, a working A/C is absolutely essential, especially for a family trip. The front vents were only slightly cool, while the rear vents were blowing hot air. The car was simply not suitable for our trip.
I even tried to help solve the problem by taking the car to the mechanic recommended by the host. The mechanic added refrigerant, but it did not fix the issue. The rear of the vehicle was still blowing hot air, and the mechanic confirmed that the problem was related to a weak/inefficient A/C compressor.
We lost an entire day of our vacation dealing with this problem instead of enjoying time with our family at the beach. This was a very disappointing experience and definitely not what we expected when renting a vehicle for two weeks.

Something is not aligned to your review. After your report, we immediately arranged an inspection with our mechanic at our expense. The A/C was tested, refrigerant was checked, and the vehicle was found to be operating properly. After the trip, we personally verified the A/C again, and the vehicle was rented on subsequent trips without any A/C-related issues. We always respond promptly and do our best to resolve concerns for our guests.
The car and AC is working very well!
