Pickup was easy and car was easy to find. It was a bit overwhelming with how much communication and rules there were in the beginning. The car did have some trash in it when we picked up. It drove fine. No issues. I was a little taken aback by the high gas quality it needed because the car isn't that spectacular. I think regular unleaded would have sufficed. Overall, no issues and it got us where we needed to go safely.
