Host was really responsive, the car was clean, and he even let us rent two of his car seats which made our trip much easier.

This is an older van but it runs OK. Unfortunately the van’s tires were extremely worn out. We had an issue where the rear tire started falling apart requiring us to pull over and stop. Richard answered my call promptly and arranged an appointment at a nearby tire shop. The whole issue took a little over 2 hours to have all the tires changed. Unfortunately we missed out on our morning activities, so this was a little disappointing. Apparently Turo does not provide any direct refunds for issues like this so we feel like we lost out a little bit. Especially since the whole issue could have been avoided with regular maintenance, as the tires appeared to be long overdue for a change. That being said, Richard handled it well and got us back on the road fairly quickly. Other than that, everything was smooth. Good communication and easy pick up/drop off.

Everything was clear and had a great trip! Parking fee was quite high at pick up.

Vehicle was clean, shook at around 65mph, and may have an issue with fan clutch motor. Other than that everything was great! Just wanted to give insight into possible problems down the road!

Vehicle was dropped off 30 minutes after assigned pickup time. Host was very kind and apologetic, but gave us no heads up things were running late. Vehicle was not DIRTY, but also not clean. There were lots of crumbs on the floor and in cracks from previous uses, and the car seats showed signs of snacks as well. The latch system that straps the seat into the car on one of the car seats was broken and could not be used. Other than these things we felt safe and that the vehicle was reliable for our needs.
