Anthony communicated clearly and promptly throughout the process. This was my first time using Turo, so I really appreciated that. The van was just as described, exactly what I needed to take a bunch of kids on a long trip in safety and comfort. I am impressed and thankful for the ample cargo room and good gas mileage. We put a cooler in between the 2nd row seats. My kids loved the sun shades over the windows. It was such a blessing to be able to use this great vehicle and now we're all spoiled!

The car is nice and the drive is smooth. The only downside is that the Apple CarPlay didn’t work for us, and the car doesn’t have navigation. However, the owners were very responsive and tried to assist us. Overall, we had no complaints.
