Great! I would definitely use again!

The owner was great and communicated well. The reason for the rating is the car smelled like a wet dog and vomit. It was super gross. The interior was not well cleaned. There was food under the seats. Several press on finger nails were found under the rear seats when we laid them flat for luggage. The inside of the cup holders were filthy. Had we had more time to find these things out before loading and getting ready to leave I’d have asked for a refund and then gotten a different rental. Fortunately the trip was great and much family fun was had! If the minivan had been cleaned well and smelled neutral I’d have happily rated this 5/5 but this was a gross rental experience.
