Older vehicle, but was reliable and comfortable for my family of six. Pickup and drop off were very easy and communication with Anatoly was very good. Recommend this vehicle.

The heater system is not working properly so the right side blew out hot air when the air conditioner is on

Van was great. It did everything I needed.

The van ran well. Experienced no mechanical issues while using. Van was delivered very dirty. When the back seats were laid down there was dog hair all over them. The exterior of the car was also dirty. Had to clean windows and windshield inside and out before I was able to drive the van. Thankfully, discovered the rubber on the passenger side windshield wiper was literally hanging off the wiper before we ran into any rain. Had to replace wipers while using the van. Also discovered the registration on the van had expired. Contacted owner and they updated registration. I made sure to wash the van before returning it as well as vacuumed and wiped the inside down.
