Very Nice van And the owner was very nice and concerned and answered any questions I asked. I would definitely rent from him again.

While the van was spacious and initially suited our trip needs, the rental unfortunately involved significant mechanical issues that impacted our sense of safety and reliability. The vehicle stalled in traffic multiple times, lost acceleration while driving, displayed a “put vehicle in park and restart” warning, and illuminated the check engine light.
The host was polite and responsive throughout the situation, and both pickup and drop-off were easy and convenient, which I appreciated. However, after reporting the issue, I was informed the vehicle would need to be taken to Chrysler for a performance-related concern. In my opinion, a vehicle experiencing these types of drivability problems should not have been rented out until fully diagnosed and repaired.
Traveling with family while dealing with repeated stalling and loss of power created a very stressful experience, and I do wish there had been some accommodation offered for the inconvenience and safety concerns we experienced during the trip. Nevertheless we are safe back home. Thanks for hosting me and my family
