DO NOT BOOK THIS VEHICLE!!! If I could give zero stars I would. For starters the first and second gear slips so bad you would think the transmission is falling out, second the vehicle almost didnt start due to the key fob battery going dead (need replacement), third I had to put air in the passenger tire everyday (totaling an additional $15 dollars @ 7 eleven) and last but certainly not least it has ROACHES inside the dashboard of the van!!! Turo i have rented several vehicles off your site and im sure this is not a representative of what youll have to offer...

Do not rent this van!!! I wish I had heeded the warnings of the other bad reviews. This car is not safe to drive. The transmission needs work. It doesn’t drive well at highway speeds. Actually it just doesn’t drive well. It’s going on 200k miles. The host told me it had been serviced after past reviews reporting the same. It was definitely not. We rolled with the van as to not have to deal with the inconvenience of having to rent another car, but it was shaky and sketchy the entire time. Host communicated well on the pick up but has said nothing on the day drop off to answer my questions. Overall unsatisfied, but not a total disaster.
