Had a brake issue but host is very cooperative and it turned out to be a non fatal issue, something that host can take care off. Overall nice.
We understand that you had concerns about the brakes but you got them checked at a Firestone yourself and the results came back as no issues. We appreciate your feedback but non fatal brake issue comment can be scary for anyone reading it. As you saw after the inspection, we regularly maintain our vehicles and keep them in great quality. Apologies that we have not been able to meet your expectations to receive a 5 star rating.
