Vehicles exterior was extremely beat up. Every angle of the van has very noticeable damage. There’s a string holding up the right side of the bumper. The Maintenance Required banner never turned off, I was very stressed if this vehicle was going to take and return me and my family back safely. I even called the Turo assignee Carlos just to confirm that this was the same van being advertised. Only because we had no time to make other arrangements, but this vehicle was an embarrassment to be on vacation with. The photos need to be updated so that potential customers can see the current state of van.
