Didn’t like pickup and drop off was confusing for me
Bernice •
Thank you, Bernice! I’m sorry pickup and return were confusing. We understand airports can be unfamiliar, so we sent detailed instructions the day before and again on pickup day through both Turo and text messages. Reviewing these instructions helps ensure a smooth experience. For future trips, we also offer pickup at our home location or delivery to another address within 25 miles of that location. Thank you for booking with us!
