The van had mechanical issues that were not disclosed at the time of booking. I did see before booking that there was another review in regards to the same issue; however,trusting the other good reviews, I still chose to book. The brakes gave out/locked down, leaving me and my family with 2 toddlers under 1 stranded until we could get another car. This car had to be towed. I personally feel the host did not show any concern or any true empathy for the situation.
