good morning! I’m gonna be later than expected bringing the van back. I will clean it and drop it back off exactly where I picked it up. is that ok? we will be back this afternoon though.

Car is completely unsafe. The front of the car smokes, the car shakes, the sliding doors do not close and will stay open..you will have to fight with the sliding doors to close it. The oil service light came on immediately upon receiving the car. The interior had dog hair and the seats have holes in them. I would not recommend this car if you care about your safety.

Upon receiving the vehicle we could not confirm the issues you noted and I believed your review was affected by the additional charges you received for extra mileage and gas refill which are standard charges for Turo when going over 200 miles per day and not filling up gas.
Bit jerky n shaky when we go around 50-65 mph..overall good..
