Great car and very comfortable.

Car was as advertised. Clean and ran well, no problems. Pick up and drop off were in accordance with clear instructions.

Car quality was excellent. However, when we arrived at the car, the key café code we were given didn't work, and we weren't able to reach the host directly. The pick-up spot is a bit random on the side of the road, so we were standing in the dark waiting for about an hour trying to access our car. We ended up being able to get it resolved by contacting Turo Support, who then could get in touch with the host.
Also just a note for those picking up the car -- they do not deliver more than 15 miles away, so it's not possible to get the car delivered to the airport.
Rideshare Inc's response
The trip was for 6 PM. Decided not to cancel the trip and accommodate the guest, and she tried to call us at one in the morning; essentially, we touched base, and gave her the key code .

The vehicle was in good shape and drove great. The pick up and drop off was easy. I couldn't ever get my phone to tether in order to mirror directions on the screen and it would say slow charge when plugged in. Not sure why it wouldn't work but other than that everything was wonderful.
