Van was great, host was very responsive. Only issue was the van had an overpowering animal smell in it and the back drivers side tire kept loosing air so I had to make multiple trips to add air while I had the vehicle.

Thank you for your feedback. We apologize for the animal odor. A previous guest must have transported an animal without our knowledge or consent. We completed a professional deep cleaning today. Regarding the tire, it had no warning light at pickup and was punctured during the trip. While we could pursue reimbursement for the tire repair, we’ve chosen not to charge you as a courtesy. We appreciate your positive comments about the van and our responsiveness.
Lots of dog hair on the back of the rear seat. Had to pay for professional vacuuming but still didn't get all of it. The car smelled like dog as well. Driving wise it was fine. Android caraway kept disconnecting and reconnecting.
