Pretty terrible experience. The car was super dirty, stained seats, reaked of cigarettes as if someone had just smoked with the windows up. Smelled the entire trip. When we picked it up it had less than a quarter tank so we had to drive straight to a gas station. Even the pickup and return instructions weren't right, we were told that we would be given instructions for pick up and then weren't given any instructions. And then when we were returning it, we were told to turn the keys into a staff member or drop it in a key drop box which there was neither of those.
