Van was clean and host was easy to work with

Great communication. The van was exactly as pictured. Loved being able to skip the rental car counter.

• Pickup was great. I would say if your pickup is at the BWI AMTRAK, there is no service underneath the parking garage. Take all pictures in your camera roll then walk to an open area and upload to TURO before driving off.
• Car is good on gas. We drove from MD to West VA (4 hours) and only stopped at the end of the trip.
• ‼️ Car was shaking when we pressed the brake at 60 miles going down a slight slope hill.‼️
• Trunk is very deep. We packed 8 of us plus all camping equipment in the trunk.
• Host replied quickly to questions.
• I would recommend this for your family trip.
