I was so grateful for the communication with Jose. Quick to respond and eager to try to make things work. The car got canceled because of a sensor issue but he was able to get things addressed and the car back on Turo so we could get it. So grateful because it was such an affordable option. We had a few hiccups, like a late delivery by 20ish minutes, which was a little frustrating because we'd paid extra to have it ready and we were on a tighter schedule, a smoke/bad smell in the car that they'd worked hard to try to eliminate but still lingered, not quite a full gas tank, and a check engine light (which he addressed with us when we got the vehicle and assured us it'd be okay). Jose was quick to apologize and try to make things right. The car fit our family of seven pretty comfortably and it got us around town just fine. The Android auto required a wired connection and once we figured that out it worked really well. The location of pickup and drop off in the economy lot worked just fine with the airport shuttle.

The engine warning light appeared on the dashboard. However, the owner mentioned that the car had just been checked and there were no issues, so it should be safe to continue driving. They advised me to let them know if anything unusual happens.
The owner responded very quickly and was very helpful in providing prompt assistance and guidance.

the vehicle its very safe to drive, the check engine light went on because of simple sensor that was already changed and fixed im glad you had a wonderful experience with the vehicle
Car has a serious exhaust leak with carbon monoxide getting into the cabin.
