Unfortunately, we got pulled over because the registration was expired, the break lights were out, and we had to wait over thirty minutes with two young children to pick up our car because they were late to drop off.

The car was ok needed to be cleaned a bit. The vehicle ran smoothly however there was an issue with the tires. The host was accessible and easy to contact. He dealt with the issue remotely and even offered compensation for the inconvenience. Great host!!!

The car served the purpose we needed although we couldn’t drive it at night because a lamp went out in the headlights. Serhat was very professional—accommodating and helpful.
