Fantastic car- exactly what we needed. No frills with plenty of seats and storage space. Serhat did maintenance ahead of time to ensure a smooth trip and the car drove flawlessly. Serhat was accommodating and communicative, would definitely rent with him again.

The car quality unfortunately was extremely poor. The windshield washer for the front and rear were not working. It was very difficult to see in snowy weather. The rear wiper blade was attached with electrical tape. The interior dome lights were not working. Parts of the roof rack were missing after driving on the highway a few times. Vehicle made noises when braking and turning downhill. Heavy maintenance is required before future use.
Vehicle owner was a pleasant and amicable individual.
Unfortunately, we had heavy snowfall of about two feet from last night into today, so it was very difficult for us to return vehicle in a timely manner at 5 PM, as it took time to dig out, and many roads were snow blocked. But vehicle was eventually returned by 8 PM.
