The car was dirty. The car was delivered by the host to the airport, after driving a few miles it turned out to be completely inorderable. The gearbox did not work well, the suspension was knocking, the steering wheel was shaking and the car turned by itself while driving, the front tires were completely worn out. I don't recommend the host, I don't know where such positive ratings come from. I think he exposes them to himself. I traveled to the USA with my family for half the world and at the end such a disappointment. I resigned from continuing to drive this car. TURO for 1.5 hours of use deleted me for over $170 sic, for what? For undriveable scrap, for exposing my family to health and life and other road users!!!!!? How does TURO verify the technical condition of vehicles????! This Honda Odyssey certainly did not pass the technical inspection. It was complete junk. After contacting the TURO hotline, I was offered another car at a more expensive price of over $800 and without full insurance that I bought with a Honda Oddysey. I write this with full responsibility for others who are thinking about using this host as well as TURO.

Vehicle came back from a 3 months long trip with the previous guest basically abusing the vehicle. This pick up was basically couple hours after that drop off, not enough time to work on issues caused by the previous guest. I did the absolute best I can to remedy the situation and had Turo book another vehicle. We were at airport terminal on the phone with support for 4 hours trying to find the cheapest available option. This vehicle has been taken to the shop and is being worked on.
Very reliable and clean car for its age, plenty spacious enough for all of us and our belongings. Thank you very much for all your help and flexibility!
