⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely Outstanding Experience — 5.0 Stars!
We had a phenomenal experience renting from Ismelis Castellanos! From start to finish, he was the definition of an outstanding Turo host. He was prompt, punctual, and incredibly professional, and his communication was excellent throughout the entire process.
The pickup instructions were clear, concise, and extremely easy to follow, which made getting the vehicle a seamless and stress-free experience. When we arrived, the vehicle was immaculate, fully fueled, and in showroom condition. It was obvious that Mr. Castellanos takes great pride in both his vehicle and the experience he provides to his guests.
The vehicle was absolutely perfect for what we needed for our trip, and everything exceeded our expectations. It’s rare to have an experience where every detail is handled so well, but this one truly was top-notch from beginning to end.
If I could give more than 5 stars, I absolutely would! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐➕
Excellent vehicle, excellent communication, excellent host, and an overall first-class experience.
We would gladly book with Mr. Castellanos again anytime we’re back in Kentucky. Highly, highly recommended to anyone looking for a reliable, professional, and exceptional Turo host!
5.0 stars without hesitation! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
