The quality of the car was terrible, rotors were warped, the air vents in the rear of the car don’t work, driver side rear door, sometimes gets like off track, passenger window switch is broken, the rear two seats do not lay down in the floor like they’re supposed to, and to top it all off at the very end of my trip the trunk would not latch, finally got a latch after 30 minutes, but wouldn’t open back up.

Service was phenomenal.Customer service was phenomenal and the ride was enjoyable.Except for a few small hiccups with the car( no rear air)
