Terrible communication, then when the car was parked one lot over in the same location they charged a crazy fee!!!!
We always provide clear instructions for both pickup and return of the vehicle. The car was left in an unauthorized parking area at MCO, which resulted in additional fees and citations for our team.
This review was left because you received charges that were a direct consequence of your own actions during the return process.
We encourage everyone to carefully read and follow all trip instructions and airport policies.

We rented a Chrysler Pacifica in Orlando for family transport and had a great experience overall. The car was in excellent condition, a real pleasure to drive, and had plenty of space for all our luggage. The adaptive cruise control was especially appreciated on the longer stretches of road.
The parking pickup wasn’t the most convenient setup for a family traveling with a small baby, but it wasn’t a deal breaker. Overall, a very solid rental that worked well for our trip.
