The car is not at the actual LAX airport, it’s about 10 minutes away and you have to take a shuttle which never showed up! There is no contact information for the shuttle company either, We ended up on the shuttle for the Westin hotel and the parking lot is directly across from the hotel! We booked extremely last minute however the car was clean and ready for us on arrival! The host responded quickly to all my questions, even the parking lot attendant was help with completing my return on this app! Overall great experience, perfect ride, great host, and we will rent from them in the future!

The Benz was amazing. The only problem is the left door was not able to close. The door wasn't getting power to it. Other than that it was a gray car. Rode very well, gas saver for sure. I only filled up 1 and had the vehicle for 4 days. I would still rent with them for sure.
