Host cancelled two other reservations on two consecutive days (one by my wife then by me) due to “maintenance issues” with notification only 1 hour before each car was to be picked up. Rental was fine except driver side mirror was broken at the bottom and there was no advance warning about that.

We apologize for the inconvenience caused by the cancellations both were due to unexpected maintenance, but we understand the short notice was frustrating. We also regret not catching the mirror issue beforehand. We're reviewing our inspection process to ensure this doesn't happen again. Thank you for your patience.
